Identify Phase
Providing our clients with the right resource for their needs starts with our comprehensive Identify Phase. We leverage our detailed understanding of Enterprise Technology solutions and implementation strategies to define a mutually agreed comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our clients needs. Once established, Magnitude will define a customized approach to identify resources with the technical qualifications combined with a sincere interest in supporting the program. This ensures our clients spend list time interviewing and are far more likely to secure resources that have a long term interest in ensuring the program is successful.
Qualify Phase
Once technically qualified resources have been identified, Magnitude's delivery team conducts an in depth 2 way screening process with all candidates to understand what goals and aspirations they have and how the project requirement aligns with the consultant in areas ranging from compensation, skills development, & work/life balance. We utilize AI as an assistance in the process but we have in depth personalized conversations with all of our resources and do not rely on AI to determine who we recommend or how their credentials are presented. This ensures client evaluations of Magnitude proposed resources have a very high confirmation percentage. Well above the averages of less technically savvy or non best practice providers.
Verify Phase
During the course of client evaluations, our team is performing multiple verification steps with consultant prospects to gauge interest, ensuring role expectations are still in alignment, and operating as a professional advocate for both the client and consultants needs. The guiding principles we follow center around mutual respect, people first, and to operate transparently with integrity. These best practices ensure a quality service experience with confirmation rates well above industry standards and consultants who finish their assignments. All leading to time savings and high quality project outcomes.
