Identify Phase
Providing our clients with the right resource for their needs starts with our
comprehensive Identify Phase. We leverage our detailed understanding of Enterprise Technology solutions and implementation strategies to define a
mutually agreed comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our clients
needs. Once established, Magnitude defines a customized approach to identify resources with the technical qualifications combined with a sincere interest in supporting the program. This ensures our clients spend less time interviewing and secure resources that have a long term interest in meeting or exceeding program objectives.
Qualify Phase
Once technically qualified resources have been identified, Magnitude's delivery team conducts an in depth multi step screening process with all candidates to verify technical capabilities understand what goals and aspirations they have and how the project requirement align with the consultants compensation, skills development, & work/life balance priorities. Authenticity of the resources both pre evaluation and during customer screenings is our highest priority. We utilize AI as an assistant in the process but we have in depth personalized conversations with all of our resources and do not rely on AI to determine who we recommend or how their credentials are presented. This ensures client evaluations of Magnitude proposed resources have a very high confirmation percentage. Well above the averages of less technically savvy or non best practice providers.
Verify Phase
During the course of client evaluations, our team is performing multiple verification steps with consultant prospects to verify visual authentication, interest, ensuring role expectations are still in alignment, and operating as a professional advocate for both the client and consultants needs.
